Rules Of Transferring

1) You must be in Transfer Unit (TU) Or (1iC) Foundation or over in order to transfer others.

2) Never transfer them if they own the Agency that they are transferring from.

3) Never transfer a member from our Allied Agency, this is against our Allies Policy. Deny them at once.

4) A person cannot be transferred if they have previously worked in CIA, no matter what the circumstances is.

5) If you are not sure what iC they are, go on their Agency Website and look at their ranks list structure to get an idea of what iC they might be.

7) Always log your transfers because we need to keep a clean record for evidence and information.

Transfer Requirements

Member must be apart of a Habboon Agency Group.

Their Agency Group must have at least 100 members on their Main ID Badge.

Their Agency Group must be active and running.

Their Agency Group must have an HQ.

If member does not have rank group badges to prove their ranks then you must decline the transfer automatically.

Member must not have committed sabotage towards CIA.

Member must be a Security Member or higher of a Habboon agency.

Member must accept our Transferring Rules & Policy.

Questions:

I am going to ask you a few questions so please whisper me the answers.

*Make sure you they whisper but you do not whisper*

Who is the owner in your current organization?

what is the name of your current organisation?

What is your rank in the current organization?

What is the website of your group organization?

Do you have a group badge to prove your rank, if so let me know which badge?

Does your organization have at least 100 members on it's Main ID Badge?

Why are you transferring to CIA?

After They Answer The Questions:

You must judge their answers based on your logic. Tell them if their transfer is accepted or not.

If Their Transfer Is Accepted:

(Tell them what rank they can get, EG: [CIA] Trial OOA [4iC].)

(Ask them what they want their tag to be, also tell them it is 3 letters max.)

(If the rank name is too long to fit in their motto, shorten it down for example: Senior Management can be Snr. Management.)

You will carry out standard tasks such as Recruiting, Training & operating Security.

Please go on your profile and leave all your previous agency group badges.

WARNING: Please click 'Leave Group' on them ONCE only or it will glitch and not leave.

Tell me when you are finished so I can check to see if you have done this.

Please be aware if you transfer to another agency, you will not be able to transfer back to CIA.

(Wait for them to leave their old agency badges and tell you when they are done.)

(NOTE: They are allowed to keep their V.I.P, Special Visitor for other agency group badges.)

(NOTE: Sometimes leaving group badges glitches, if they glitched it then there is nothing we can do about it. They are still allowed to transfer.)

(Check their profile group badges to see if they have done this.)

Please start requesting the badges. While I accept badges, open a new tab & go on

Tell me when you are finished reading the Policies & Guides on the CIA website.

Please do the registration now and ensure you join our CIA discord group.

If you do not complete both of the options, your transfer will be rejected immediately. 

It is important that you fill in a LOA log on our forums, if you wish to be inactive for more then 3 days.

(After finished filling in the Transfer Log, accept them from left to right order of the badges. If you do not have BA please contact a HR.)

Please wear the following your designated Group Badge

(If they have been given ranks from 4iC and below, ensure that they wear the correct uniform)

(Wait for them to wear it by clicking on them and seeing when it's on, then you can continue on the next lines.)
