Code of conduct

Introduction

In the CIA it is important to maintain professionalism at all times, as a lack of professionalism can result in the development of a bad reputation. This Conduct aims to control employees who work at the CIA under a stricter Code of Conduct, in order to maintain a suitable level or professionalism AND/OR improve the reputation of the CIA.



Rules
1 - Each employee is to behave in HQ and follow the CIA rules laid out in the Basic Training Script.
1.1 - This script can be found on the CIA forums.
1.2 - Failure to abide by these rules will result in a strict warning.
1.3 - If the employee continues to fail to abide by the rules, they are to be striked.
1.3.1 - This strike can be removed after one full week.
1.4 - If the employee continues to fail to abide by the rules, they are to be striked a second time.
1.4.1 - This strike can be removed after one full week.
1.5 - If this behaviour continues, the employee will be obliged to meet with leadership and discuss whether a career in CIA is something they would like continue with.
1.5.1 - Leadership must not abuse power. Unfair striking or demoting (Proof may be required).
2 - The employee will be warned and striked especially when:
2.1 - There are one or more customers waiting.
2.2 - There are Recruits in the HQ.
2.3 - Leadership and formal members is in HQ.
3 - When there are no customers in HQ or all users in the lobby are idle, the punishments can be less severe.
4 - Members of CIA must not lobby camp at any time.


Striking
1 - x1 is issued after a clear visible warning.
2 - x2 results in a demotion.
3 - x3 results in a fire.


Demotions/Firing
1 - CIA members can only be demoted on x3 or if the offence is serious enough proof may be required depending on your iC)
2 - CIA members may only be fired on x3 or if the offence is serious enough (Proof may be required depending on your iC)


Kicking/Banning
1 - Kick is issued if a user is disrespecting the rules or is causing destress to another member in our CIA headquarters.
2 - Ban is issued if the user is become hostile and is a potential threat to the CIA, if the user is refusing to calm down after being kicked multiple times then a ban may take effect.


Ban Times
1 - 1 hour ban is issued if the user is breaking the rules and does not calm down when being kicked multiple times.
2 - 1 day ban may be issued if the user is trolling our headquarters and is becoming a continues disturbance.
3 - A Permanent ban will may be issued if you are a high threat towards the head quarters and is on Remove on Sight.


Muting
1 - 2 minute mute may be issued for those with minor offence such as spam and repetitive caps.
2 - 5 minute mute may be issued for those with a little more offences such as repetitive spam (after 2 mins mute) and caps.
3 - 10 minute mute may be issue for those who are spamming too much and refuse to chill down (after 5min mute).
